Anda Masala:
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs 4
Raw eggs 2
Finely chopped onion 1 cup
Finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 4
Cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All spices ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion light golden. now add tomato and all masala add then roast it. after this raw berated egg add and covered it. when set then toast. after this boil egg cut then add. finally add green coriander and green chili and leave for 5 minutes and serve.
Shahi Shrikhand:
Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ kg
Cream 1 packet
Sugar powder ½ cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Mix fruit 2 cup
Finely cut almond pistachios for garnishing
Silver paper for garnishing
Method:
Hang out the yogurt in muslin cloth .when water remove then in bowl all ingredients mix .finally add finely cut pistachios and garnish with silver paper and serve.
Tikka karahi:
Ingredients:
Tikka boti (chicken) 1 packet
Grinded tomato 2 cups
Green chilies 6
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and add tomato then roast it .now all spices mix and roast it .finally add tikka boti and leave on dum Finley sprinkling ginger and serve it.
